Specialist Support

CareTop offer specialised supported living and outreach services for individuals with daily social care, and complex care needs. These include people who have a learning disability, autism or mental health diagnosis. We work with a number of commissioning bodies in Luton, Milton Keynes, central Bedfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire area, as well as directly with individuals and their families who have a direct payment. We offer a robust and efficient support programme to such individuals, both in their own accommodation and through support in the community to increase independence and achieve their fullest potential.

We are able to support people who already have their own accommodation, or we work with several local housing providers to explore supported tenancies.
